Mallory’s expertise is deep-rooted in education, as a former K-12 teacher, and in technology
Petaluma, Calif. (January 30, 2018)—San Francisco Bay Area-based ed tech leader FrontRow has hired Leslie Mallory as its Regional Sales Manager for Southern Texas and Louisiana.
“Leslie has a unique skill set in that she understands education and pedagogy, as well as the technical side of how technology is integrated and implemented in the classroom,” says FrontRow CEO Jens Holsterbo.
After teaching elementary school for five years, Mallory supervised and mentored second year teachers across eight campuses in one of the largest school districts in Texas. Subsequently, she worked for an audio-visual integrator in education technology, successfully rounding out her technical know-how.
“My goal is to share the best education technology with teachers and administrators,” shares Mallory. “Education technology, FrontRow’s specifically, has improved overall learning for millions of students; for instance, reading comprehension and understanding continuously shows a measurable positive impact after our edtech solutions are implemented. This is one of the many reasons I work in education technology. “
Mallory lives in Houston, Texas, with her husband and their three sons. She enjoys reading, spending time with her boys, and cheering for the Houston Texans.
